A resource for real estate marketing support
Did you know that the National Association of REALTORS released the results from a 2010 study and now state that 90% of American home buyers and sellers will go to the internet before they contact an agent? NAR also declared that only 11% of REALTORS have closed a transaction with a client who visited their website. 78% of home sellers would like their agent to incorporate video marketing and less than 3% of agents actually use it. If you’re still relying on “Just Sold” postcards and other expensive print advertising, you’re probably losing business.
I’m not the first to say this to you. In fact, you probably have a ton of pressure to dive into social media, blogging and other avenues that may be foreign to you. If you’re skeptical about all of this, good for you. After all, if everybody is doing the same thing, how does anyone stand out? If you’re on Facey-Space posting listings, your friends are tuning you out. And even though you have a million “likes” on your professional page, very few will actually visit when you’re not having a giveaway. I know this is frustrating and I don’t blame you. You’re a REALTOR, and when you tell someone you’re good at what you do, you’re not referring to all the web design work and search engine optimization you do on the side.
All you really want is to create a unique and powerful online presence without endless hours of mundane clerical work, right? My perpetual goal is to provide tools and knowledge to enable you to accomplish this.
